Bitterness & lies

A sad title for my first blog.
The lies I'm thinking of are those of people who take advantage of others on here. There are a number of ways that happens, but I'm particularly thinking of those who falsely represent themselves. Again, there are a number of ways this happens on Heated Affairs, but I am specifically referring to guys who say they want one thing when in fact they want another.
You'd think that what they want would be obvious considering this is Heated Affairs, and I think it really is, but there are obviously quite a number of guys who lead women to think they are serious about them when all they want is a shag.
This leads me to the main reason I'm writing this. Motive. Since I've been more active on Heated Affairs - as opposed to merely lurking cock in hand here in the pit of sexless (on the surface) Oman - I've noticed that there are a number of woman who use this site as an ordinary dating site. They are not primarily interested in exploring their sexuality - which is not to say they are not interested in sex at all - but are looking for a partner.
What saddens me is not that they are using this site in more conventional ways. Nothing wrong with that as far s I'm concerned if they can find someone like-minded here (and I'm not closed to the idea of that myself). What bothers me is two things: firstly the level of disappointment and bitterness some women display when they find that the guys they meet on here are not interested in a relationship, and secondly, that there are guys out there who are stupid enough to lead them on with false promises.
I cannot see why a woman should be so disappointed if this site - being what it is - does not produce the kind of guy she is looking for though I can understand some bitterness if she is dealing with a snakey liar. But I have encountered women who do not make their desires clear from the outset, which is a recipe for disaster. If you are really a modest 'wifey' type then it's probably not a good idea to pose provocatively in photos if you want to keep the sharks at bay, and it would also be a VERY good idea to state categorically what you want and do not want.
I still don't condone the liars, but this site is basically a sex finding site so if you want something else, you should a not be surprised if you are inundated with what you do NOT want and b make it absolutely plain what you DO want.
If someone lies to you then I can understand disappointment and bitterness. But if the truth is up front all the way - as it should be - then there should be no outraged recrimination, or attempts to seize some moral high ground. We are in a place where morality is probably more a question of honesty rather than of sexual behavior. People come to Heated Affairs to escape from conventional morality, to explore, enjoy and have fun.
And one last thing... these disappointed ladies spend their time waiting for their knight in shining armour. They might consider that their knight might not come so attired... and every time they pre-judge someone because it does not fit their narrow dream, they lose an opportunity to find what would really be good for them.
