I can relate to night shift along with day shift as I work both of them all week, but luckily now have two days off in a row...It is hard on the body and our sleeping habits and can take its toll..xoxo

I found that reversing the clock and my thinking helped me get through working night-shift ! A.M. time was P.M. & P.M. was my A.M. !!! Just before getting Off work in MY evening ; I would get some really strange looks when I would talk about going home, firing up the grill , have a steak & then go to bed !!! ðŸ¤
