To be honest, I find it hard to discuss my fantasies with anyone. They are safe in my head, and I have this fear that once released into the world I no longer have control. It puts me in a vulnerable state of being, I wonder, if it would change the pleasure that I currently experience while I fantasize and get myself off. Dont know that i want to change how orgasmic it is. at the moment its safe in my head.

Well I’m almost 3 weeks in and doing great, therapy started today and I a good range of motion. I’ve managed pretty good so far. Thanks for the well wishes and advice.💋
