Confident on a date Ironically, if you are not confident in yourself, and you are worried about being rejected, then you will probably be rejected very quickly. The nervous attitude of someone who is not confident in themselves shows through their body language and makes other people uncomfortable and turned off. It is human nature be attracted someone who has a high level of confidence in themselves. This is why 'bad boys' or 'bad girls' are so attractive; they have a high level of confidence that attracts people despite their bad qualities. How do you feel confident? You become confident! You affirm yourself that you are a great catch with a lot offer someone, and the more you affirm it the more you will start believe it. Another way feel confident for your date is read some tips and tricks succeeding with the opposite sex right before your date. This will leave you armed and ready with information that can influence your d and your brain will not have had a chance forget important key points about succeeding with the opposite sex. goodbuddy781 |

 The most important thing to remember is that if you are pretending that you are interested in them or being fake about your interest, then they will sense it, and they will most likely refuse a second date with you. Never had an issue with confidence and sometimes feel that I may a bit to confident but it is who I am.

Fake it til you make it? 😝  Save your whining and complaining for your friends at home. Focus on positive and uplifting stuff for your first date. You don't need to get too deep on a first date, but if you feel like you should then talk about your dreams and goals that you are excited about, or talk about the accomplishments you have had; do not talk about your failures and disappointments.In the end, it is not that hard to get a second date with the right attitude and presence on the first date. Also, lean in towards them when they talk.  Laugh at their jokes, and make sure that you show appropriate emotions when they are talking about something that is not funny.  You can share a story about yourself that relates to what they are talking about, but don't turn the conversation towards you completely; instead, share the story so you can relate to them better and show them that you understand them  goodbuddy781
