Tired of the fakes/scammers/flakes

So I've not been on this site long and it's been a challenge find the real people that are here for the true purpose of this site. Instead I get hit up by either fake pictured profiles, incorrect locations listed on their profiles, or the scammers that start off buttering you up and eventually working the out of you.

Here's a list and story of some that I have come across thus far.

I have a few to list. Found one today after talking offsite for the past week and a half. None of these in the following list are where they claim to be located at on their profiles.

Mzzpitt345 claimed to be in Pittsburgh, PA. Through email she was supposedly working with UNICEF in West Africa. No ask at the time.

jenncahx34 i forgot the exact details but through searching the profile image and tineye. uploading images she sent , found it be the image of some celebrity gamer on thechive.com when image searching thechive.com

idokido665 now this was an interesting one. she hotlisted and according her profile is mute. We started chatting in Hangouts around 3/13. Was no ask in the beginning but was not very giving in details about herself when asked, was evasive most times. Seemed genuine through most of the talks. Profile shows Aurora, Colorado. She stuck the story claiming to be taking nursing classes and living with her uncle and 2 young cousins. Talked each day on hangouts and sometimes via after we exchanged numbers. On the 18th of March began the talk initiated by her come and meet me. She claimed have a travel agent she goes through as she has an "emotional support" named Muggles that would travel with her. I had found some booking deals for her from supposed aurora, colorado for around $400 for 2 night/3 night stay. She came back with info from her "travel agent" that the cost with her (needing pet insurance for the flight) would be roughly $950. I discussed that I couldn't and wouldn't cover that much. She got upset at first and signed off. Next day she got back with and we chatted a little about other things not related a trip then it came that she said she had a little saved up and if I could cover $400 then she could be here this next wee Told her i'd look into it. Today, 3-20-2020, she said if i could cover $500 then we could make the arrangements with her "travel agent" and I could use cashapp to end the her and she could give that her agent for the booking. Cashapp failed verify my info and wouldn't allow between $250 and $500 amounts so she talked about moneygram and i mentioned paypal. She signed up for a paypal as we spoke, she claimed. She gave me the email her "travel agent" send the . I tried checking out the email address she gave and at the time it wasn't a valid email according email checking sites. I showed her screenshots from my PC where I had sent the via paypal and it was showing unclaimed by the recipient. She said she'd chat with her "travel agent" and try sort it out. I went and took a nap. an hour later she hit up on hangouts and told try canceling the paypal payment and we'd do moneygram instead. I canceled the paypal payment 40 minutes after I woke up and saw this hangout response from her. She came online and started acting upset about this not working and trying figure out what do since i told her I couldn't do anything until paypal returns the back my bank account within 3-5 working days. So we chatted about some other things and she had wanted me send a pic of myself her earlier. I asked if she had received them in her email she gave. Yes was the response followed up by how attractive i was and why would I be on a site like Heated Affairs or Passion or any dating site. The usual butter you up type of responses help lower your guard. So i asked her where the pic was she was send . (here is where it starts unfold) She sent it via hangouts and being knowledgeable about past scams and tineye. image searches, I right clicked on it for search and found 4 results of which 3 were her accounts on Twitter, Bigsta.net and tineye. showing this same picture and her same likeness on the profile photos she uses on this site. I shocked her when I asked her why she presented herself as E Basulto to me but on these social media sites it's Candy Basulto. Got some story that Candy is her nickname. So i started asking why her , Muggles, wasn't in any of these pictures like she had shown a pic of just the before. No response on that but evasiveness when she asked why I was poking into her personal stuff. I laughed to myself and told her that once you put it on social media like those sites, it's not personal anymore. She got a little defensive but stayed a little persistent about meeting. She claimed her Ex hacks into her social media accounts (supposedly he's a computer science major) and posts stuff and she can't change the password or prevent him from getting in it. I know a bit about 2 step verification and all that so she was digging in too deep at this point. I started playing it cool shrugging it off for a bit to see how far this would go. I noticed a few pics on her twitter with her boyfriend that was posted just days ago as well as all her social media shows her location listed as Compton, California. She said she hasn't changed the location on her social media. She claimed to have left her ex whom was a stalker and financially controlling almost 2 years ago. So I ask when her last relationship was while I was looking at a photo of a recent birthday with her kissing her boyfriend and it was tweeted by her on march 6th "surprised my boyfriend" she evaded that question. Again she starts getting defensive as she knows i am onto her. She starts asking how I know all this stuff so I let her know I've been scammed in the past and learned a lot about computers and the internet and how to find things out if need be. Keep in mind, she's suppose to be born mute with congenital CMV according to her profile. She starts talking about how she's been up front and honest and finds me "interrogating her" to be old and frustrating to her. She said she was pushing to meet so quickly so we wouldn't be strangers even though she's dodging questions left and right about this time trying to come up with some cover story behind a new thing I find on her social media that She posted as recent as an hour or less ago while we're chatting on hangouts. So i present an idea of me traveling to meet her instead where I'd have more time to be with her and it'd cost me less to travel since i wouldn't have my pets with me. She gets really defensive now and said she explained how she lives with family. I responded that it'd be better than her to have to come up with a cover story of where she's traveling to for 3+ days. She comes back with saying she prefers coming to me and if that's an issue never mind. Also states then that her pet peeve is people who think they are sleek or corny. I respond that I don't have to think I am as I know I am intelligent and already proved that within this recent conversation. I go on to mention some of the places she's been in her social media photos that I have been to and when it was. I present the Ex question again on how long ago it was as she had a photo just on March th outside the Bellagio in Vegas with her "Honey" and his arms around her waist as they posed for a picture. She blocks on hangouts at this juncture. I start looking at her other social media site, tineye. where she posted 3 hours ago a video while we had been chatting on hangouts. I find a this video where she's Talking her followers! I texted her as she hadn't blocked there yet and told her what I found. End of that story.

At least of these profiles have been deactivated since reporting customer service here on this site. The recent one I just reported a few hours ago as of this post.

So that's my experience thus far here. Not been great as too many fakes.

It must be hard for some people to actually be genuine here and not waste others time or dig for . I'm here, as I said before, for sex and fun albeit some of this has been fun digging out the scammers but not the fun I am interested in.

As soon as money was mentioned you should have said "bye" or words to that effect!
There are genuine women on here you just need patience... also if it seems too good to be true.. it probably is... and take everything you see and hear with a large pinch of salt.

I hear that. Been down that road long ago with one of those that suddenly was trapped in Nigeria. lol. I intended to hang on to some of those contacts and play it out to see just how far it would go. Can't say I didn't enjoy doing so. lol. Make them put in so much effort and waste their time once you know.

I totally agree with the "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is" as well. Been able to catch some before it begins with image searching.

Thanks for the words of encouragement that there are some genuine ones here. Patience I have a lot of.

Newest one to message on here is:
rebeccalove1267. Sent me a site message after I mentioned her profile was very empty having been a member since 11/2019. She attached a photo of Alexis Texas, the adult movie actress and wanted to chat off site via email. Nopers.

You must have a lot of time on your hands -- a lot of us do nowadays-- to draw out all of the scammers you mentioned. Hilarious to see the extremes some of them go to. As for myself, I don't waste the time... I see yellow flags way ahead of engaging -- age, location, pictures, they way they write, or don't write /fill in a profile.

lol yeah time we do have currently. I see the flags with most of them when they suddenly aren't where they say they are, etc. That last detailed one though has been the "smartest" one thus far. Took a lot longer to finally catch. And for the more obvious ones, I have to admit it is sometimes fun to play along and turn the game on them. I clearly chose the wrong profession in life. I should have become some sort of investigator. lol.
