Well if you don't mind rain that is. I don't. As you don't have to shovel rain. I spent the day as I thought cleaning stairwells. No fun. I didn't finish the job till almost quitting time, just enough time to go back into the Gym and Laundry rooms an clean them a second time for the day. Going into the laundry I was met with a washing machine that "someone" had pulled off of it's moorings and half way out onto the floor. {Mother fuc..} it's been bad in there of late someone messing with the machines. On Monday someone had pulled the clip from one of the washers that holds the door gasket on. ( keeping the water inside ) To even get to this part you had to pry the gasket up and almost off to remove it. I have no idea why anyone would mess with the machines like they have been, well other than out of spite. Not like they are searching for a way to get cash out of the machines either, as they work on a debit card system. No monies ever comes in contact with the machines at all. Who ever is doing it knows they can't bee seen on the security camera either, doing their nasty on the side of the laundry that isn't fully covered by it. I called the boss and told him of the situation, I have no idea if her got the washer back into place or not? I'm guessing not, as those machines weigh a ton and it took two guys to put them in when they were installed for the first time.

A side from that not much else happened yesterday. A rather dull day of me cleaning stairwells. At least I'm done with that task, and just in time for the next round of snow, and the salt that will be tossed back down on the steps and brought inside. Hear tell we got another nasty snow storm coming. Yeah wish I could tell Mother Nature to give it a rest. I'm getting so tired of sweeping salt up and shoveling.

Would not mind Rain !!! That would be by far better than the Arctic Cold Front that settled in over us yesterday !!! Yesterday High temp was minus 6 and today around minus 11 is predicted 😡 That by the way is without the windchill factored in 😡 🤠

In Florida do they sweep the sand out of the stairwells daily? Your property seems to be really high maintenance. It would be so much easier if you ran off all the tenants, LOL. I know, no money then.
Have a great day! Hugs!!

Sounds good on paper right, but I'd probably be canned if we had no tenants. Have a good one Pony!
