Pretty much, as the carpet installer didn't finish a job in the unit he was doing over the weekend as he was supposed to. So..I couldn't get into it an do my job of polishing it up for showings. My task yesterday was to change out all the light bulbs in the stairwells, from regular bulbs over to the L.E.D type. A cost cutting measure by the owners as the new tax bill came in and it's more than they expected. Hence the reason to look for any cost savings they can by switching out the bulbs. All day long I'm climbing the stairwells setting up the ladder, climbing the ladder, removing the glass covering on the fixtures, removing the old bulbs and installing new ones. Then on to the next building to do the same. I went through two cases of light bulbs. But, I finished two phases, and the lone building we have and only have one phase left to do. I would have finished the job, but ran out of time as well as light bulbs. When I went to clean the laundry and Gym again at the end of the day I actually saw a guy using the universal weight machine. No one ever uses the machines in the Gym here. Most of the time to clean them all I do is sweep the dust off of them. Not that he was using the machine much either...he'd lift some weights then stop and check out video's on his phone. Thing was while I was in there he did more of the latter than the former. By the time I finished the laundry area he was already gone. A short work out considering most of the time he was looking at his phone. In the laundry room the Co. finally came to repair the two washing machines that are down, yeah..well they emptied out the standing water ( all over the floor ) then stuck tags on the payment card slot saying the part has been ordered. So, neither machine is working yet. The guy doing the "work" also removed the covers holding the lint screens to clean them off, I clean the lint screens twice a day but the lint builds up on the covers and to clean them off the covers have to be removed. Any who, long story short, he made a mess in the laundry sink and left it for me to clean up. Job security I guess? How was your Day? Off to shower now....
