Yesterday. Stepping out on the back deck during my break to catch a smoke, and the wind was up. Blowing cold air from the north. It looked so nice, with the sun shining. But the sun wasn't giving any warmth. I finished quickly and went back inside.

Trying to work around the painter who was working in the same unit. I was doing more waiting than working. All I have left in there is to pull the carpet from one of the bedrooms and clean the windows in the same. Of course instead of finishing the room up and moving on to the next one, he instead opted to do some patching of the walls. Okay...fine. More waiting around while the patch dried so he could paint the next room. I spent most of the day in that unit, and did very little. Oh well maybe I can finish it off today?

Any who, I'm going to jump in the shower now....

Every once in a while, you need those kinds of days, just goof off and not over exert yourself.

I suppose that's true. But I work on a dead line most of the time, units have to be done and ready for the new tenants by their move in date. If a unit hasn't been rented it's okay to take your time. Goof off if you will, though it's not really in my nature to do so, I prefer to get the job done, and goof off when it's finished. Have a good one Fred.
