What the hell does "like minded" mean? I see this on a lot of profiles but if they don't say what they have in mind, how do I know if I am like minded.

Can some one explain this to me?

 I think it is best inserted after one describes what they like and what they are interested in. I agree with Stella that it’s probably overused as a catch phrase since many of us are most certainly not likeminded!

 I would think "like minded" would mean that in at least some cases you want at least a few of the same things. Sometimes that can be a base to build on, sometimes it just means that when you get together you can have a good time.
