Knights of the Crossing We are but empty Men of Silver Guides on your way to the Cross An omen of this moonlight And Victors of every loss Silhouettes 'tween the deserts Hearts beating with our swords Riding swiftly to the Temple Giving souls to seal its Words Ages passed from the echoes Excavation for our pleasure Curs'd our bones forever For revealing Sacred Treasure... And so we imbibe the sins of many that pour eagerly and fortuitously from a Chalice that never ceases. A Curiosity in its own right- A decision made by the<b> gods. </font></b>A plague to our tears and remembrance of the day we left Humanity and all vestiges of Hope... And so we... Drink to the Glory of Empires Past Drink to the Decimation of Want Drink to the Fires that will never last And drink to our Ghosts who haunt... When vacant in the calm of Virgin Night, a wanting ear has permission to listen. For yonder the corpse of the still of darkness, past the dawn of loneliness, it is heard. Fear these foreboding words of cryptic prose: For the Immortal Chant perspires through the backs of desert hills...
