How many umbrellas are considered too many?

Depends...

Are you leaving work?

Is it pouring down rain?

Are you currently without an umbrella??

Then, you can NEVER have too many umbrellas.... The other two umbrellas in your car need a third!

I was the checkout purchasing yet ANOTHER umbrella when I heard a voice yell my name.

It was my Work BFF.

"Oh my God!! !!!! so glad you saw , I was almost the door! How are you??"

, I sounded a little like a five year old who had just seen her parents after the Christmas play .

Loud... Excited... Smiley...

He was still happy to see , regardless, and we ended up talking for quite a while, catching up on his new job and some of the happenings in his personal life.

Long enough, in fact, that it actually quit pouring outside and the sun was coming out as I walked to my car.

Thank God I bought that third umbrella!

Egads...

Happy Tuesday!

thought of you today as i was deciding whether or not to take the umbrella in my back pack as i walked into work, it was drizzling then and acc to reports was going to get worse during the day. I took the short one and left the long one in the car. When i left work , i left the collapsible on my desk and even though it was raining harder than this morn...i made it safely and not as soaking to the car. Wipers n lights on all the way home.

A nice spring rain.....and it helped with the allergies that kept me out of the office yesterday ~
My new umbrella fits in my purse! Love it! As long as I bring my purse with me, I'll have the umbrella!

At least on in each car. One in the house yet I think we have more then that and never use one. The wife buys them QVC and I never see them again. I think the only time we really use them in life is at death at someone funeral.

I can't honestly remember the last time I used an umbrella. I know I've got one somewhere
I don't like my hair to get wet... It takes me a bit to get it looking decent, natural wavy hair is a bitch to style.

I'm not one of those fashionable girls.... maybe I should be. My big umbrella is leopard print and my 2 smaller, collapsible ones, are black.

i love the feel of the falling rain.....

usuallly dont use an umbrella unless its a down pour.

Never have too many.....at some point they will all be used or shared with a friend.~
It was a complete downpour as I was first leaving work. Thunder, lightning, the whole gambit... Even with an umbrella, I would have still been soaked had I tried to make it to my car. My hair would have been saved, though.

I'd say 2 in the trunk is about right. One portable (collapsible) and one huge golf umbrella ☔.
They're usually waiting for me, nice and dry — and I presume quite happy — while I reach for my keys in the pouring rain. 😶
I bought a small one that I can start carrying in my purse. That way I always have an umbrella.... I have a big one in the back of my car and a collapsible one under my front seat but neither of them do any good if I don't have them.

hhhmmmmm good question..... how many umbrellas are too many..... not sure, but when is the last time you just let the rain fall on you?

The sensation of rain falling on you can be very good for the soul.
It can be good for the soul.... But when your day isn't done and you can't look like a drowned rat at the doctors office or work, the umbrella is a necessity.

When we bought our first, and last, two story house, everybody said buy two of everything!
If we bought Ten of everything there were Ten on the wrong floor....... LOL!
When I was married we had a 2 story house... And you are definitely not wrong. One bathroom never had TP, one linen closet never had clean towels, the vacuum was never where I needed it, and the stairs were always piled with clean clothing that never made it to the bedrooms.
