Lakeside breezes and tall maple tree shadows blowing my mind numb and making the heat beatable. It's fantastic and so soothing. Well...it turns out it didn't take dynamite but rather it took some Gatorade and the guilt of not doing anything physical today so I went for a short hike. I still want the cool weather back! With that said I have received taunting texts from friends in Texas where it is MUCH cooler and comfy than it is here in Mass

I have suspended my early morning cycling routine, it has been 80F and high humidity daily this week. I just use the stationary bike in my buildings gym. I just generally stay inside until sunset and go out for a short walk and hydrate a lot.

It will take a stick of dynamite to get me out of the AC. What happened to the fall weather we had for the last couple of weeks??? I want that back!

Temps in my neck of the woods have been mid to high 80's which have also been a degree or two above normal daily average ; yesterday 87 average 85 !!!

Hot all day. But in the evenings I can dip in the pool before and after dinner. Weekends are spent in and out of the pool. Only interrupted by small chores and beer run. Have a great day! 💋 Staci
