Coming up for air

It has been way past busy for the past few months. Work has been almost overwhelming. I was already doing two people's jobs and recently had to take on two more. On top of that I'm deeply involved in two major projects, the type that happen about every ten years and rarely at the same time.

Add to that many sleepless nights over y father's failing health. And just as that started the relationship I was having with an amazing woman ended. In fairness, we mostly communicated via email and met when we could. It wasn't sexual, but it was intimate and fulfilling and over two years I had fallen for her big time. Knocked me on my butt that it ended.

But now I'm coming up for air. Work is calming. Dad is better. And I'm beginning to adjust to not having her in my life. But not having her to talk to multiple times a day has left a huge hole. It's time to fill that hole. So my mission is to figure out how. I am undaunted. She was rare, but I have a lot to offer. I know there is someone who would be the kind of supportive friend I need. Just not sure where to look.

 Real life events does get into real life. Take time at a time and make sure you come up for a breath from time to time. Just the way it is at work your always doing more for less money. How do you think Companies are making money. hugs V

Thanks for your support. It's been a challenge at work, but I do enjoy it overall. And there is light at the end of the tunnel. Since I'm number 2 in the company I just need to get the time to deal with moving some things off my plate to the right people.
