Un-sexxy explanation regarding my hiatus... I thank all of you who stayed in touch over the past few months. Nice to know I was missed and I missed all of you. Many of you followed my "cast adventure", and I was SO happy to get that 10 pound anchor off my body. No sooner did I get it off and I had a STROKE! WTF man?! I though only old people had those. Learning to walk and talk again. S-l-o-w process. Soooo...that's that. I hope to check in more frequently as my messed up brain allows. Been very worried about you and glad you are making progress in recovering you know I am always here if you ever need anything. (see this is the point where I say and you dont need to walk only things you need to be able to do is lay on your back, bend over, cook and clean  rofl) It's kismit i almost emailed ya today and didnt and here you are (does ackward no rythm happy dance) great to see you your biggest fan oxoxox

i am so glad to see you back sapio, but I am so sad to hear about your health issues, this will be good mental therapy for you , and we can come with better physical therapy excercises I bet  take care

I knew a guy in his 30's who had a stroke, I had a massive heart attack at 39, shit can happen at any age. Good luck with the rehab.
