Honestly. This site.
I went to gold membership. Then I paid for standard contacts.

Then someone tells me "oh I wasn't allowed to respond until I spent points" and asked for me to give them enough points to chat tomorrow, because at midnight chat would get shut off unless they spent more money and they're broke

So like, even after I buy standard contacts, nobody can talk to me? Awesome

I wonder how many people wanted to respond

But if I ask again, I'm also spamming and annoying the people who didn't. Grand

 I would contact support. Make sure it's not a scam like the first person who answered said. I don't know if you can find the answer in the help section or not
Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

 I contacted support.

The confirmed that if you buy standard member contacts, standard members cannot contact you by instant messenger.

They refuse to admit that that's dishonest and counterproductive.
