"Authorized to cheat, this is the question!

If you married or in a committed relationship, you might have some argument and separate but you know that you both would get back together again, for the separation is temporary. I remember a lifetime ago, I was separated from my wife for somethings she did in the marriage. The first week I was at my apartment she stopped by and wanted to get back together. I told her, for what she did, I needed more time to think about getting back together. I said, can I let you know in a few days? She was sad, I didn't say yes right away.

So after a couple of days, I called and she said that her and going to move in with this guy. One of her co-workers came by the house with this guy, my hated him! I really didn't like the Motherfucker my damnself! He was the guy she was going to move in with. After 8 years of being together and married and in days, I was the forgotten man! I wanted go back but I was thinking about the infidelity, but this guy, took my place! She said, I took too long to decided, so she moved on. I guess everything was my fault.

I dated a woman, we decided to be in a commited relationship, we got into an argument and she said, "Let take a break from each other this weekend. I later try to fiqure what was the argument was about. The next weekend, I got by to see her and she has hickeys on her neck. I ask her about them, she said she "FUCKED" a guy last weekend. I said, "I thought we was an item"? She said, we was on a break and she single and we not married, so she can do the fuck what she wanted! Wow! This is heavy!

So, if you married or in a committed relationship with a lady, and you separated, Doe's that means she get a "Get some dick for free card"? Even if they say, they still want to get back together? If you want to get back together, why cheat? this the rules, and I wasn't briefed on how the game is played? So in that case, if a person married and want ? Say his secretary, do he cause a ruckus, get a room and ? Then a couple of days come home like nothing happen? this how this is played?

So here's the question! Drum roll please! So if you married or in a committed relationship and you separated, do that mean that you "Authorized cheat"?

Love hear both men and women's pointof view!

I would say in most traditional closed relationships, a temporary break is not permission to cheat. I think it is best and wise to take some time apart and figure out your shit before moving on. In my mind, the women you described here were never really committed to you (though you seemed committed to them at least prior to there indiscretions). I think they sound opportunistic...moving on to whatever works for them without regard to you.

I probably have a different perspective as a married woman in a semi-open relationship with permission to have sex with other men. It doesn't change anything about how I live my life with my husband. I still have sex with him far more than with anyone else. I still have my children and my house and my LIFE with him. But sometimes I have sex with other people and tell him all about it (which turns him on and then he and I have sex). Different situation.
My friend, your so right, they wasn't into me. Talking about love, not sure even if they liked me? I guess each situation, or relationship, if it's ok, then it's OKAY! Love the awesome feedback, drop by anytime!

Based on personal experience, the term separation has legal meaning where I am. It doesn't mean why don't you go spend a week at your mother's so we both can take a break from each other. It means one or both parties is seeking to end the relationship. However, separation does not give you permission to have sex with others, therefore having sex with others can be considered adultery. In my case, my now ex had given me permission to have sex with others and therefore this was not disputed in court.
Morning, I guess if there's an agreement in place, then it's OK. Thanks for viewing and the feedback.

To me, being separated is to create some space to think and hopefully reconcile. If one is told that a divorce is coming - I guess the person is now free to do as they please. However legally it is best to not engage with others until the divorce is final. That crap comes up in court and the judge gets cranky.
Morning, you speak words of wisdom! Thanks for stopping by

To me, if you are married and only separated, the no you do not have authorization to cheat. You are still bound by the marriage. If either of you wants to cheat, end it first.

I know that even if I were given permission to play around, I couldn't do it.

Everyone is different, so what works for one couple, might not work for another couple.
Preach to the choir, like what you said! Thx for viewing and feedback

To answer the question.. I have a feeling that one should not cheat.. I think you have the same.. On the question it is cheating when you are married and one sees another,, In my opinion until the papers are signed and filed each of you are bound by the contract, for how ever long it takes..This is just my opinion... The modern way of life is much different now a days.. Not to my liking , but who am I ...It is so different out there today from what it was when I was a bit younger.. So different!!!!
MY simple answer is: You do not have a free ticket , no authorization to cheat,,,,,,, until the formal contract is finalized..
Hi Sir, thanks for viewing and I appreciate the awesome feedback you gave. Thanks.
