 I have seen a micro penis and to be honest I didn't even want to try to experiment what could be achieved or not. I am sure though that he could find an appropriate gal and that they would be happy. eg. someone with vaginismus. Saying this with respect. I've gone through it myself. So maybe I would have been grateful for a micropenis at the time.
