Not On My Blog  The site states blogs are a simple way t.o. create your own regularly updated homepage. They're a way t.o. find out more about other members and tell people more about yourself and your real life experiences. I view my blog as My space t.o. post what I want, when I want. Visitors are welcomed and encouraged t.o. view, comment, express an opinion, spark a conversation or if they aren't interested, that's ok and keep walking by.  I don't care Who you are. If we are "friends" or "watchers" of one another's blogs or have never encountered each other previously. You will All be treated the same. What others do with their blogs is their choice. Recent comments and actions by others have made it necessary for m.e. t.o. clearly state the following: I will Not condone my blog being used by other members t.o. mistreat, harass or demean one another. My blog is not a playground for people t.o. air their squabbles with each other. I will Not hesitate t.o. report those who cannot comply. Remember: Actions have consequences. I've seen a bit of that on my blog. Sometimes stepping into the middle of it is like stepping in front of a speeding bus. I must have missed it here, but I bet I can guess the participants.

I have found the delete button to be and effective tool. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Good Luck I am glad I am retired because there were some people that felt they had to verbally abuse others and they did not know how to react when someone could quietly let them have it. I did get a smile on my face when I was told one person had been released after talking about another executive Stay calm and let the rain run off your back

Well, iggy has bout 1500 douchebags to keep him company on my end! This should be in a manual for online behavior - excellently written! It's normal that people have differences. It's the way you handle them that can become as issue. We each have a page for a reason, so one can express themselves in their own way. If someone doesn't like it, just move the fuck along. If they don't like what a person may have posted, just move the fuck along. Like you, I won't allow disrespect to myself or others.
