 Friends

Good evening you naughty little loves. Today was dreary. Cold front coming in makes me want to snuggle in bed with a big spiked cup of cocoa, my remote and someone special. Well, 1 out of three is what I get!

I had an interesting memory pop up for me a day or so ago. I first posted it 9 years ago. Right now in my life it has come full circle.

A friend should be radical.
They should love you when you're unlovable.
Hug you when you're unhuggable.
And bear you when you're unbearable.

A friend should be fanatical.
They should cheer you when the whole world boos.
Dance when you get good news.
And cry when you cry too.

But most of all, a friend should be mathematical.
They should multiply your joy
Divide your sorrow
Subtract the past
And add to tomorrow
Calculate the deep need in your heart
And always be bigger than the sum of all your parts.

I truly am lucky in my life. I have the same friend who I initially posted this for years ago. Can't imagine my life without my sister from another mister, lol

 Odd how old memories can pop up with reminders. I suspect Pony is one of those sort of friends for you.
Really cold weather here too. Woke up this morning to minus 15 and hoping we break zero. Stayed in bed alone for a couple of hours more. Was luckier yesterday. Woke up in my GF's bed after a lovely time together the day before. She had invited me over to play and keep her warm in the night.
You will have someone to bring you the spiked cocoa and warm you up of that I am sure. The timing is vague though.
