OR Snake Plissken returns in Escape from the Twin Cities !

Following a detour is easy enough , it takes some time but you feel like you're making progress . What there is no detour for though is a lady taking 9 minutes to buy a hot at the gas station . Now you might be saying , 9 minutes isn't a very long time you can't even build a rocketship in that amount of time , and that's true so far as it goes but think about this - if you sat a stoplight for 9 minutes you would literally go insane . Buying a hotdog should take what ? 30 seconds on the outside . And what exactly was the issue ? Part of was that she had a rewards car and a gift card and was using two credit cards to pay for it , and part of it was a failure to communicate between the buyer and the seller of said hotdog and part of was that her companion keep picking up the hot and there was a lot of confusion about if they were buying the hotdog or putting back . Which , can you even put a hotdog back ?

Also I hate to judge (j/k I love it , drink ! ) but if you're buying a gas station hotdog for a buck 80 and you need to spread that over three different payment methods - maybe you need to take a serious look at your finances . Maybe you don't need that hot dog .

The other day big boobs was trying to persuade me that pulled pork , gyros and brisket were all "the same" as hot dogs in the sense of being just a bunch of garbage ground up and therefore people shouldn't think hotdogs are gross . First of all , those things are in no was similar to hotdogs and I think she needs to get food from a new place . And secondly I am not one of those people who thinks hotdogs are gross because of what they're made of - I think they're gross because they taste gross usually . Not saying you can't get a good hotdog , but mostly they're gross .

My fantasy football team is eating it hard in week one . I may not even get 50 points . I'm sure you were waiting with baited breath on that news .

Did you know they shopped around a Snake Plissken TV show back in the oughts but no network would bite because it was too bleak ? I didn't . I wonder if Kurt Russell was going to be in it . Apparently Kurt Russell is his real name - he should have changed it to not one of those names that two first names .

Did you know I've never actually seen the end of Evil Dead 2 ? I thought in Army of Darkness they just started back in time out of nowhere which I thought was great , but that happened at the end of Evil Dead 2 . This Stan Against Evil show is such a thinly veiled rip off of Ash Vs Evil Dead I kind of hope it does well . When someone has that kind of balls you root for them a little bit you know ?

Some clickbait told me that porn is ravaging young men’s sexual performance and causing teenage boys to suffer the erectile problems usually experienced by middle-aged men . I hope that's true , the less erections out there the better I'm looking you know ? Plus , as a bonus should help with population control .

Dave Chappelle has a bit about how black people always turn the radio down when the cops pull them over (white people do not he has) because you don't want to get your ass beat to a soundtrack . Which is a funny bit , but I wonder . I used to get my ass beat a lot and maybe a little music would have made is a little less terrible . But then I worried that maybe the music would energize the person beating you to beat you more than they might otherwise . I suppose it depends on the kind of music .

Remember that time Dave Chappelle's bodyguard bumped into me while I was playing MS Pacman and he ruined my high score ? I do .

I read an article about what your house reveals about you . It says that conservatives are neat and liberals are sloppy which seems like the kind of thing people would just assume but also seems like maybe its true . Although you have to consider the white trash factor . If you have food in plane view (other than fruit) you weigh 20 pounds more than someone who doesn't . One thing I found interesting (and dubious) is that it claimed that people with organized sock drawers are LESS organized then people with mess sock drawers . The idea is that people that have their shit together have better things to do than organize their socks . Maybe .

If you have a picture of yourself on display you're a young dirty vain millennial . If you don't make your bed you hate your job and don't work out . If you're house is super clean you're anxiety ridden . it claims that most people , even most "neat freaks" have one area that's messy (like that episode of Friends , remember , where Monica had the closet full of crap) but a person who has everything cleaned up is insane in the membrane .

It also said that the more time you spend in the shower or bathtub the more lonely you are - which seems to have nothing to do with what your house says about you and also doesn't seem true .

Betsy had me read a depressing article about all the people that jumped out of the Twin Towers during the attacks and about the censorship (kind of) of those images and we chatted about it a bit and at the end she said "I guess we need to remember the things ?" And I thought to myself "why ?" I'm not saying we should or shouldn't but a lot of people say we should never forget terrible things that happen but I've never heard a reason . It's kind of implied that if we don't it will happen again but I reject that notion . We didn't need planes crashing into buildings for us to know that was a bad deal - we knew that . I'm not saying it not important to remember , I just want to know why it is .

I wonder if this will spawn anyone commenting 9/11 was an inside job . And if they do I wonder what I'll say .

I started always (now declined to often) including pictures as a joke/burn on someone who stopped reading my blog years ago , but I have noticed the ones without pictures usually get way less comments .

Putting first by putting employees first, immediately after prioritizing fiscal responsibilities and leveraging profitability towards exceeding by empowering our employees to put (and themselves) first, in a diverse and respectful environment of only those that come first, first.

You are right...big boobs obviously is NOT eating real brisket, gyros or pulled pork!
btw - I love wieners!

Well, I guess *I* feel it's important to remember 9/11 just because of all of the poor hapless victims and even more so because of the rescue workers who gave their lives.

I don't think there is any danger of us forgetting it though, seeing as people seem to make a big deal out of the anniversary most years.

" I'm not saying it not important to remember , I just want to know why it is ."

Because life is intrinsically meaningless, which is frightening. The act of remembrance is an attempt to allay those fears by reassuring us that when we are gone some people might remember who we were. And therefore our days might have some meaning...
